Study in Saudi Arabia is the Ministry of Education's official platform where international students apply for fully funded and partially funded scholarships, and self-funded places, at Saudi universities. You apply to a specific institution; after it approves you, the institution and the Ministry complete admission.

Who can apply

Open to international students from any country, including Pakistan. The platform notes students from over 170 countries.

Age 16 or older.
A medical report showing you are free of infectious diseases.
Attested certificates and documents as the chosen institution requires.
You cannot hold two scholarships for the same academic degree.
Each university sets its own extra rules (e.g. age 17-25, recent certificates, test scores).

Scholarship applications are sent to the chosen institution for review; the institution and the Ministry then complete final admission.

How to apply

Create an account on studyinsaudi.sa and complete your profile.
Browse programmes and choose your institution and programme.
Submit the application with documents during the application window.
The institution reviews and decides; approved applications are then processed with the Ministry for final admission and visa.
Track your application status on the platform; you can cancel only if the institution has not acted on it yet.
