King Saud University in Riyadh offers external scholarships for bachelor's study to international applicants living outside Saudi Arabia. Scholars get a monthly stipend, university housing, healthcare and allowances on arrival and graduation.

What it covers

Monthly stipend of SAR 1,000 (science majors) or SAR 850 (humanities/social sciences)

Who can apply

Open to international applicants living outside Saudi Arabia, including Pakistanis.

High school diploma or equivalent recognised for your programme, obtained within the last five years.
A valid SAT score of at least 1010.
Age 17-25.
No previous bachelor's degree, no current university enrolment and no other Saudi scholarship.
Attested certificates and a medical exam.
An interview for Medicine and Dentistry, and a written test for Architecture and Planning.
A recommendation may be requested.

Scholarship students are welcomed at the airport, housed on campus and given a student mentor.
