SEEF, set up in 2002-03, gives financial assistance to poor, needy and meritorious students domiciled in Sindh who study at recognized institutions on the SEEF Trust panel. Awards are renewable each year, and applicants are interviewed through IBA Karachi and Sukkur IBA.

Deadline: The 2026 call closed on 31 August 2026. Applications usually open in summer.

Who can apply

Domicile of Sindh.
Enrolled in a recognized institution in Pakistan that is on the SEEF Trust panel (list on SEEF website).
Academic merit of at least 2.5 GPA or 60%.
Financial need as set out in SEEF Trust policy.
You may apply if you hold another scholarship, but you can keep only one of the two.
Intended for study within Pakistan.
Renewal requires keeping 2.5 GPA or 60%, staying enrolled and still being in financial need.

How to apply

Check the SEEF website news section for the yearly call.
Apply online through the SEEF form portal (form-seef.com, linked from seef.sindh.gov.pk), or through your institution.
Attach the affidavit and supporting documents.
Attend the interview conducted through IBA Karachi or Sukkur IBA.
Results are communicated through your university.
