PEEF gives need-cum-merit stipend scholarships to talented students from low-income families. Most go to Punjab students, with some quotas for other provinces, AJK and GB. Most awards (Outreach) are offered proactively to top board scorers without an application, while Master's-level and Special Quota awards are applied for through partner institutions.

Deadline: Outreach awards are proactive, with no application window. Partner universities advertise their own deadlines for Master's-level and Special Quota forms.

What it covers

Scholarship stipend paid twice a year until completion of the degree (rates as per PEEF stipend schedule)

Who can apply

Outreach (intermediate and graduation):

Passed Matric/Intermediate annual exams of a Punjab BISE, or of FBISE if studying at an institution inside Punjab, and scored among the top in your tehsil and stream.
Parents' declared monthly income of Rs. 60,000 or less (waived for children of BPS 1-4 government employees and of civilians martyred in terrorist attacks).
Full-time admission in the same year. Supplementary, grace-mark and improver candidates are not eligible.
Special Quota: orphans, minorities, disabled students, children of divorced mothers and similar groups.

Master's level: Punjab domicile; 60% marks or CGPA 2.5 in a 16-year graduation; full-time admission at a PEEF partner university for 2025-26; income limit as above; no other scholarship.

How to apply

Outreach: no application is needed. PEEF gets board data and contacts eligible top students directly.
Master's and Special Quota: download the scholarship form and income affidavit from the PEEF website, or get them from your university's financial aid office.
Submit the completed form only to your institution's designated office, not to PEEF.
The university shortlists and selects students within its PEEF quota.
