NL Scholarship (formerly Holland Scholarship)

Pakistani students qualify because the scheme is open to all non-EEA nationalities.

• You hold a non-EEA nationality.
• You are applying for a full-time bachelor's or master's programme at one of the participating Dutch institutions (for 2026-27 these included TU Eindhoven, Maastricht, Radboud, Groningen, Twente, Utrecht, VU Amsterdam, Wageningen and many universities of applied sciences).
• You meet the specific requirements of the institution you choose, which are published on that institution's website.
• You do not already hold a degree from a Dutch education institution.

The list of participating institutions changes every year, so check it before you apply.

1. Check the current list of participating institutions on Study in NL.
2. Apply for admission to an eligible full-time bachelor's or master's programme.
3. Follow the scholarship procedure and deadline on the institution's own website (some institutions, such as TU/e and Radboud, combine it with their own scholarship).
4. Wait for the institution's decision; the €5,000 is paid during your first year.
