A full scholarship for excellent international students admitted to a regular two-year MSc at TU Delft. It pays full tuition fees and a contribution towards living expenses, with 16 full scholarships offered. The second year depends on passing at least 48 ECTS in year one.

Who can apply

Open to excellent international applicants, including Pakistanis.

  • You are (conditionally) admitted to a regular 2-year TU Delft MSc programme (not an International Joint Education Programme).
  • You have excellent results in a relevant previous degree; as a guide, the top 10% of your class (no proof of ranking required).
  • You submitted a complete MSc application, including your English test result, before the scholarship deadline.
  • You may not hold any other partial or full scholarship alongside it.
  • To keep it in year two you must complete at least 48 of 60 ECTS in year one.

How to apply

  1. Complete your TU Delft MSc application and check the admission requirements.
  2. Upload the Scholarship Application Form in your application.
  3. Upload one reference letter (combine two into one PDF if needed).
  4. Upload your English language certificate before the deadline.
  5. Submit by 1 December 2026, 23:59 CET; decisions are emailed by the end of March 2027.
