- Must meet IUT's own admission requirements, and apply only in a programme matching your background.
- A HAT or USAT score of at least 50/100 within the validity window set in the call.
- For professional degrees, confirm accreditation with PEC/NTC before applying.

IUT Dhaka, an OIC institution, offers scholarships in selected engineering and technical programmes to Pakistani/AJK nationals. HEC collects and forwards the applications, and IUT makes the final selection.

- Apply online at scholarship.hec.gov.pk under 'Learning Opportunities Abroad', then print and sign the form.
- Download and complete the IUT application form (Bachelor's or Master's).
- Email a scan of the IUT form and documents to admissions@iut-dhaka.edu.
- Post one printed HEC form and one IUT form set to the LOA/FFSP Section, HRD Division, HEC H-9 Islamabad, by the deadline.
- IUT makes the final selection.
