- Master's level: up to 29 years old. PhD level: up to 35 years old.
- Enrolling in a master's or PhD in one of the priority fields at a French higher education institution.
- An outstanding academic profile, since the programme targets future decision-makers.
- You must be put forward by the French institution. Direct student applications are not accepted.
Tip: contact the international relations office of your chosen French university well before its internal deadline, which is usually in the autumn, before the January national deadline.
