Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship (BDGS) for Foreign Students

• Open to foreign students including Pakistanis, as confirmed by HEC for 2026-27.
• Levels: diploma, undergraduate and master's.
• Host institutions: Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB), Kolej Universiti Perguruan Ugama Seri Begawan (KUPU SB) and Politeknik Brunei (PB).
• Meet the entry requirements of the chosen programme.
• Students on professional degrees (medicine, engineering, law etc.) should first check recognition with the relevant Pakistani council.

3. Apply online through the BDGS application portal before the closing date.
4. Send programme-specific questions to the university.
5. Keep your login details, as results and offers are shared through the portal.
6. Selected students start in July/August.
