Education documents · Checked October 9, 2026 against the official source

Once HEC issues your e-Attestation Certificate, a foreign employer, embassy or university can check it themselves on HEC's public Degree Attestation Verification page. They need only your CNIC or passport number and the HEC reference number, so there is no separate application to file with HEC.

What details will the employer see?

Who do I contact if the record does not appear?

HEC directs applicants to its FAQs and to lodge a ticket at onlinehelp.hec.gov.pk, or call the HEC UAN 111-119-432 or 0334-111-9432 for help with attestation records.
