Beaconhouse School Fees: Monthly Fee, Admission and Charges

Beaconhouse does not publish one fee list for its schools in Pakistan. Fees are set campus by campus and change by class and by year. The only reliable way to get the exact figure is to ask the campus you want, either on the Beaconhouse helpline 111 277 111 or by visiting it. Below you will find the figures that have been reported in public, what each charge on the challan means, and how to get the real number for your child.

Is there an official Beaconhouse fee structure?

Not for Pakistan, at least not online. On 23 October 2026 we checked beaconhouse.net and found no fee schedule for any Pakistani campus. The site lists the campuses, the helpline (111 277 111) and an email address (info@beaconhouse.net). Some Beaconhouse schools in the Gulf do publish their fees in dirhams or rials, but those prices tell you nothing about fees in Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad.

So be careful with any website that shows a neat "Beaconhouse fee chart" for Pakistan. Unless it names a campus, a session and a source, treat it as a guess.

Reported Beaconhouse fees

These are the only figures we found with a named source and a year. None of them comes from Beaconhouse itself.

The Karachi ranges come from a tutoring website. It calls them estimates and does not say where they came from. The 2017 figure is old, and we include it only to show how fees have climbed since then. Fees have gone up every year, so expect the fee you are quoted for the 2026–27 session to be higher than any of these.

What you pay for at Beaconhouse

A Beaconhouse fee challan usually has more than one line on it. Ask the campus about each of these:

• Registration or test fee. This is paid when you apply and covers the admission assessment.
• Admission fee. A one-time charge once your child is offered a seat. Schools usually do not refund it.
• Security deposit. A refundable amount held by the school. Ask what notice you must give when withdrawing and how long the refund takes.
• Monthly tuition fee. This is the main cost. It depends on the class and the campus. Challans may be issued monthly or for several months at once, so ask how your campus bills.
• Annual, resource or activity charges. These may be billed once a year or added to challans.
• Books and uniform. These are bought separately. In an August 2026 Dawn report, parents complained that they had to buy books from designated vendors and that uniforms changed every two years.
• Exam fees. For O and A Level, Cambridge exam entry fees are separate from tuition.
• Transport. This is optional and charged extra where the campus offers it.

Discounts, scholarships and fee waivers

Beaconhouse says on its social responsibility page that it awards thousands of scholarships every year, on both financial need and merit. Merit scholarships reduce the tuition fee. The school has also run admission fee waiver campaigns from time to time. Ask whether one is running when you apply.

Parents often mention sibling discounts, but we could not confirm the current policy or the percentage. Ask the campus in writing, and ask whether the discount covers tuition only or other charges too.

Fee increases and your rights

Private schools need government approval to raise fees. In Sindh, schools apply to the Directorate of Inspection and Registration of Private Institutions for an increase, usually 5 per cent a year, when they renew their registration, Dawn reported in July 2026. In August 2026, parents took complaints about Beaconhouse fee rises to the Provincial Ombudsman Sindh, and the ombudsman ordered an inquiry. If you think an increase breaks the rules, ask the school for the approval letter. You can then complain to your province's private schools regulator.

How to get the exact fee for your child

1. Choose the campus and the class your child will join.
2. Call 111 277 111 or the campus number. Each campus page on beaconhouse.net lists a phone number and email. For example, see the Defence Campus, Lahore page.
3. Ask for the written fee schedule for the current session. It should show admission, security, monthly tuition and any annual charges.
4. Ask about books, uniform, transport and exam fees separately.
5. Ask about scholarships, sibling discounts and any admission fee waiver.

Once your child is enrolled, you can pay fee challans online through the Beaconhouse fee payment portal by bank account or card.

What is the monthly fee of Beaconhouse?

It depends on the campus and the class. Beaconhouse does not publish Pakistani fees online. A tutoring website estimated Karachi tuition at about Rs20,000–30,000 a month for primary to O Level and Rs40,000–50,000 for A Level in 2025. Call the campus for the current figure.

Is the Beaconhouse fee the same at every campus?

Is the admission fee refundable?
