Adelaide University is a new public university in South Australia that began teaching students in 2026, bringing together the former University of Adelaide and University of South Australia (UniSA), whose past students it treats as its own alumni. It describes itself as South Australia's largest university, with seven campuses across the state including Adelaide City, and is a Group of Eight research-intensive member.

Entry requirements for Pakistani students
The Pakistani Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC/FSc) is marked 'Not accepted for direct entry' to undergraduate degrees, so students need a pathway or foundation program first; GCE A Levels are accepted (best three A Levels, or two A Levels plus one AS, with at least 7 points). Students from South Asia, including Pakistan, must apply through an authorised Adelaide University education agent; a non-refundable AUD 150 application fee applies.
