- You must hold an offer for a full-time Master's starting in the intake the award is for (e.g. January 2027).
- You need at least a UK-equivalent good 2:1 Honours degree. Selection is mainly on academic excellence.
- You are not eligible if you are applying for professional courses (e.g. RIBA Part III), online/distance courses or PGCert/PGDip, or if you already get another fee discount (e.g. alumni or partner discount).
- The award cannot be used towards the GBP 5,500 CAS deposit.
