Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme

• You must be ordinarily resident in an eligible country; Pakistan is on the list.
• You must be applying for a new full-time graduate course on the list of eligible one-year Master's courses. DPhil courses are not covered.
• You must intend to return to your country after the course and show how your career will improve public life there or more widely.
• You must receive a course offer after the December or January deadline round. Held-over or wait-listed applications and deferred offers are not eligible.
• You must meet Oxford's English language requirement.

There is no age limit and work experience is not required, although many scholars have five or more years of experience.

1. Choose an eligible one-year Master's course at Oxford.
2. In the Scholarships section of the Oxford graduate application, select the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme.
3. Download and complete the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships Statement 2027/28 and upload it with your application.
4. Submit everything by your course's December or January deadline.
5. Shortlisted candidates have an online interview (likely April 2027); decisions by end of May 2027.
