- You must have International/EU fee status (Pakistani students qualify).
- You must be accepted for full-time admission to an undergraduate degree hosted by the School of Mathematics. Mathematics taken as part of a degree hosted by another School does not count.
- You must have applied to Edinburgh through UCAS. You do not need an offer before starting the scholarship application.
- Awards are competitive and based on academic merit.
- Students already on the programme are not eligible.
- To keep the award each year you need a School decision of 'Progress' or 'Conditional Progression' without repeating a year.

Merit scholarships for international undergraduates starting a degree hosted by Edinburgh's School of Mathematics. Each award is GBP 5,000 a year towards living costs for the length of the degree, subject to progress.
