Universiti Malaya (UM) is Malaysia's oldest public university, based in Kuala Lumpur, offering diplomas through to doctorates across medicine, engineering, computing, business, law, education and the humanities. It publishes international fees per programme as a total for the whole course, and international students apply through the MAYA portal.
