Questions

What is the PIEAS merit formula?

PIEAS merit for BS engineering & sciences: written test (percentile) 60%, HSSC (FSc) 25%, SSC (Matric) 15%. O / A-level candidates: written test (percentile) 60%, HSSC (FSc) 40%.

How do I calculate my PIEAS aggregate?

Turn each part into a percentage, multiply it by its weight and add them up. For example, with 70% in the written test (percentile), 85% in HSSC and 90% in SSC: 70 × 60% + 85 × 25% + 90 × 15% = 76.75%.

Which marks do I use if my FSc result is not out?

Use your FSc part-I (first-year) marks out of the part-I total until the final result is announced, unless the university says otherwise.
