BISP Benazir Kafaalat Programme
بینظیر کفالت پروگرام
Registration open Financial support · Checked 29 October 2026
Ongoing. The quarterly stipend has been Rs 14,500 since 10 March 2026. Payments are moving to SIM-linked Social Protection Wallets: Dawn reported in Aug 2026 that 94% of beneficiaries had received SIMs but only about 30% had activated them, so retail agents of partner banks and BISP campsites are still in use. A rise to Rs 18,000 from January 2027 has been reported but not confirmed by BISP.
BISP's core unconditional cash transfer: a quarterly stipend paid to a woman of each poor family identified through the National Socio-Economic Registry (NSER) survey. Eligibility is checked free by sending your CNIC to 8171, and registration and all BISP services are free of charge.
