Punjab Portal lists Batches I (40,000) and II (25,000) as completed and Batch III (20,000) as underway, out of 85,000 cards planned with a 30% quota for women. APP reported the Phase III launch on 5 Nov 2025. On 30 Oct 2026 the DPMIS verification page was live and asked beneficiaries with expired CNICs to renew them for the next top-up cycle.
