Is Zakat due on my house, car or plot?
Not on the house you live in, your car or household things. A plot or property bought to sell for profit is business stock, so Zakat is due on its current market value; property for rent is not zakatable, but the rent you have saved is.
Does the bank deduct Zakat from my account?

Current accounts are not deducted. If you pay Zakat yourself or your school of thought differs, submit a Zakat exemption declaration (form CZ-50) to your bank before Ramadan.
How much is Fitrana per person?
Fitrana is the price of 2 kg of wheat flour (or 4 kg of barley, dates or raisins) per person. The amount in rupees is announced each Ramadan and will be shown here then. Pay it for every family member before the Eid prayer.
