Documents to bring
- Schengen visa application form - Fully completed and signed; both parents sign for minors
- Photographs - 2 recent colour passport-size photos, white background, glued to the form
- Passport + copies - Original plus copy of data page, other relevant pages and previous visas
- CNIC copy - Proof of residence in Pakistan
- Travel medical insurance - Full-page copy; minimum EUR 30,000, all Schengen states, with repatriation
- Flight reservation - Return or round trip Pakistan - Spain; intra-Schengen bookings if several stops
- Hotel booking or sponsorship proof - Accommodation for the whole stay, or proof of private lodging/sponsorship
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) - Issued in English by NADRA
- Bank statements - Last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- NTN certificate + FBR tax returns - Tax returns for the last two fiscal years (or other proof of income-generating assets)
- Employment proof (if employed) - Last 3 payslips, employment contract and employer leave letter
- Business registration (if self-employed) - Certificate of registration of the company
