Spain Tourist / Visit visa: document checklist
- Schengen visa application formFully completed and signed; both parents sign for minors
- Photographs2 recent colour passport-size photos, white background, glued to the form
- Passport + copiesOriginal plus copy of data page, other relevant pages and previous visas
- CNIC copyProof of residence in Pakistan
- Travel medical insuranceFull-page copy; minimum EUR 30,000, all Schengen states, with repatriation
- Flight reservationReturn or round trip Pakistan - Spain; intra-Schengen bookings if several stops
- Hotel booking or sponsorship proofAccommodation for the whole stay, or proof of private lodging/sponsorship
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC)Issued in English by NADRA
- Bank statementsLast 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- NTN certificate + FBR tax returnsTax returns for the last two fiscal years (or other proof of income-generating assets)
- Employment proof (if employed)Last 3 payslips, employment contract and employer leave letter
- Business registration (if self-employed)Certificate of registration of the company
- NOC (government employees)Issued by the employing department, stating the travel dates
- Parental consent (minors)Consent affidavit, parents' CNIC/passport copies, school enrolment proof
