Processing time for Islamabad applicants

Documents to bring
- Signed Schengen application form - With the payment receipt from the UDI portal
- Original passport and copy - Valid 3 months after departure, 2 blank pages, issued within 10 years
- Passport photo - Not older than 6 months, not edited
- CNIC copy - Proof of residence for Pakistani nationals
- Flight reservation - Return; do not buy the ticket before the visa is granted
- Accommodation proof - Hotel booking, or sponsor/private accommodation proof
- Family Registration Certificate (NADRA) - In English
- Bank statements - Last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- NTN certificate and FBR tax returns - Tax returns for the last 2 fiscal years
- Travel medical insurance - Minimum EUR 30,000
- Employment proof - Last 3 payslips, contract, leave letter (or company registration / NOC / pension)
- Travel itinerary - Planned programme with dates, transport and hotels
