- Signed Schengen application formWith the payment receipt from the UDI portal
- Original passport and copyValid 3 months after departure, 2 blank pages, issued within 10 years
- Passport photoNot older than 6 months, not edited
- CNIC copyProof of residence for Pakistani nationals
- Flight reservationReturn; do not buy the ticket before the visa is granted
- Accommodation proofHotel booking, or sponsor/private accommodation proof
- Family Registration Certificate (NADRA)In English
- Bank statementsLast 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- NTN certificate and FBR tax returnsTax returns for the last 2 fiscal years
- Travel medical insuranceMinimum EUR 30,000
- Employment proofLast 3 payslips, contract, leave letter (or company registration / NOC / pension)
- Travel itineraryPlanned programme with dates, transport and hotels
