- Schengen application form - Filled and signed
- Valid passport + old passports - At least 2 empty pages
- 2 passport photos - Colour, not older than 6 months
- Flight booking - Return or round trip; intra-Schengen bookings if several stops
- Hotel confirmation - For the entire stay
- Travel insurance - Valid for the entire trip
- Covering letter - Short declaration of trip details and travel plan
- Personal bank statement - Last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- Income proof - NTN certificate or FBR returns for 2 years; payslips/contract/leave letter; company registration or NOC
- Employer NOC - Covering the whole stay; a school NOC for children travelling in term time
- NADRA FRC and birth certificate
- CNIC copy - Proof of residence in Pakistan
