  8. Personal bank statementLast 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
  9. Income proofNTN certificate or FBR returns for 2 years; payslips/contract/leave letter; company registration or NOC
  10. Employer NOCCovering the whole stay; a school NOC for children travelling in term time
  11. NADRA FRC and birth certificate
  12. CNIC copyProof of residence in Pakistan
