- Passport - Valid 3 months after return, 2 blank pages, issued within 10 years
- Passport copies - First and last page, and all visas and stamps
- Previous passport - If applicable
- Travel medical insurance - Minimum EUR 30,000, all Schengen states
- Cover letter - Explaining the details of the visit
- Flight reservation - Return or round trip
- Hotel reservation - Or sponsorship / private accommodation proof
- Bank statement - Original, last 3 months, stamped and signed by the bank
- Income tax declaration - Last two assessment years
- Employment proof - 3 payslips, contract, employer leave approval (or company registration / pension statements)
