- PassportValid 3 months after return, 2 blank pages, issued within 10 years
- Passport copiesFirst and last page, and all visas and stamps
- Previous passportIf applicable
- Travel medical insuranceMinimum EUR 30,000, all Schengen states
- Cover letterExplaining the details of the visit
- Flight reservationReturn or round trip
- Hotel reservationOr sponsorship / private accommodation proof
- Bank statementOriginal, last 3 months, stamped and signed by the bank
- Income tax declarationLast two assessment years
- Employment proof3 payslips, contract, employer leave approval (or company registration / pension statements)
- Tour booking or travel planTravel agency confirmation or other proof of plans
- Minors: notarised parental consentPlus parents' passport copies
