- Current and all previous passports - Signed; valid 3+ months after visa ends; copies of pages 1-2
- VIDEX application form - Printed from the online system and signed
- Two biometric photos - Not older than 6 months
- Schengen health insurance - Minimum EUR 30,000 cover, all Schengen states; original and copy
- Hotel bookings and itinerary - Covering the whole stay, with full hotel addresses
- Return flight reservation - Covering the dates of stay
- Employment or university letter with NOC - States position, length of service/study and permission for the trip
- Previous visa refusals - Copies of every refusal
- CNIC copy
- NADRA FRC / marriage / birth certificate - English versions issued by NADRA
- List of children and list of relatives abroad - Signed embassy templates
- Bank statements and salary slips - Last 6 months of statements, last 3 salary slips
