  6. Return flight reservationCovering the dates of stay
  7. Employment or university letter with NOCStates position, length of service/study and permission for the trip
  8. Previous visa refusalsCopies of every refusal
  9. CNIC copy
  10. NADRA FRC / marriage / birth certificateEnglish versions issued by NADRA
  11. List of children and list of relatives abroadSigned embassy templates
  12. Bank statements and salary slipsLast 6 months of statements, last 3 salary slips
