- Valid passport - Valid at least 6 months from travel date; include old passports
- Job offer letter / employment contract - On company letterhead: title, duties, salary, duration, conditions
- LMIA copy and file number - If your job needs an LMIA; otherwise the offer of employment number
- CNIC copy - National Identity Card
- Proof of current and past employment - Hire date, position and salary; reference letters
- Resume / CV - Required for employer-specific permits
- Qualifications - Academic and training records; licence or certification if the job is regulated
- Police certificate - From every country where you lived 6+ months in a row since age 18
- Family Information form (IMM 5645) - Completed, dated and signed
- Schedule 1 (IMM 5257 SCH1) - If you answered 'yes' to any background question
- Proof of ties to Pakistan - Any documents showing ties to Pakistan
- Medical exam - If required for your job or length of stay
