- Job offer letter / employment contractOn company letterhead: title, duties, salary, duration, conditions
- LMIA copy and file numberIf your job needs an LMIA; otherwise the offer of employment number
- CNIC copyNational Identity Card
- Proof of current and past employmentHire date, position and salary; reference letters
- Resume / CVRequired for employer-specific permits
- QualificationsAcademic and training records; licence or certification if the job is regulated
- Police certificateFrom every country where you lived 6+ months in a row since age 18
- Family Information form (IMM 5645)Completed, dated and signed
- Schedule 1 (IMM 5257 SCH1)If you answered 'yes' to any background question
- Proof of ties to PakistanAny documents showing ties to Pakistan
- Medical examIf required for your job or length of stay
- Certified translationsFor documents not in English or French
