Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) is a public university created in 1991, based in Tarragona with campuses in Reus, Tortosa and other towns of southern Catalonia. It has twelve faculties and schools offering around 60 bachelor and 60 master's degrees, taught mainly in Catalan and Spanish with some English-taught master's programmes. Prices are set annually by the Catalan government.
