  • Photo - One 2x2 inch (51x51 mm) photo taken within 6 months
  • Visa fee receipt and appointment letter - From USTravelDocs Pakistan
  • Financial documents - Original bank statements or bank books; photocopies alone are not accepted
  • Sponsor documents - Proof of relationship (birth certificate), sponsor's tax forms and bank records
  • Academic documents - Transcripts, board or A-level certificates, SAT/TOEFL scores, diplomas
  • 10-year travel history and family list - Siblings and children, asked for in the application
  • Proof of ties to Pakistan - Family, property or job-prospect evidence
  • Dependant documents - Marriage or birth certificates for F-2 applicants
