- Passport - Valid 3+ months after leaving Schengen, 2 blank pages, under 10 years old
- Copy of all passport pages
- CNIC copy
- Passport photo - Dutch standard, under 6 months old
- Return flight reservation - Cancellable booking recommended
- Accommodation or sponsorship proof - Hotel booking, or IND sponsorship/accommodation form
- NADRA Family Registration Certificate - In English
- Bank statements - Last 6 months, signed and stamped
- NTN certificate and FBR tax returns - Last two fiscal years
- Employment or business proof - Payslips (3 months), contract, leave letter; or company registration / NOC / pension
- Nikah Nama - If visiting a spouse; in English
