- CNIC copy
- Student card copy - Only if you are currently a college student
- Flight itinerary - Issued by a travel agent or airline. Do not buy the ticket
- Travel itinerary - Places you plan to visit and where you will stay
- Bank statement - Last 3 months, if you or someone in Pakistan is paying for the trip
- Relationship documents (group applicants) - e.g. family registration certificate
- Invitation letter and letter of guarantee - If visiting relatives or friends, or if the host in Japan pays
- Guarantor's income documents - e.g. tax certificate or bank statement, plus juminhyo, if the host in Japan pays
