- CNIC copy - Proof of residence
- Flight reservation - Return or round trip
- Hotel reservation - For the entire stay, or sponsor/private accommodation proof
- Family Registration Certificate (NADRA) - In English
- Bank statements - Last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- NTN certificate and FBR tax returns - Tax returns for the last 2 fiscal years
- Employment proof - Payslips (3 months), contract, leave letter
