- Schengen application form - Completed and signed by the applicant
- Passport photo - ICAO standard, colour, 35x45 mm
- Passport - Max 10 years old, 2 blank pages, valid 3 months beyond visa
- Passport data page copy - Page with the photo
- Copies of previous Schengen visas
- Transport proof - Reservation or booking; a paid ticket is not required
- Accommodation proof - Hotel booking, tour booking, or host proof with relationship
- Travel health insurance - Minimum EUR 30,000, incl. repatriation, whole Schengen area
- Bank statements - In applicant's name, last 3 months
- Credit card statement - Showing name and monthly spending limit
- Proof of ties to Pakistan - Property, current job, study certificate, pension, family ties
- Invitation letter (visits) - Informal invitation from host; EVE ID if host sponsors
