Tidio Copilot is a free AI assistant for customer support teams who keep answering the same questions. It runs as a Chrome extension on top of the helpdesk you already use, including Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias and Gmail, so there is no new system to learn.
After you create a Tidio account and add your knowledge, it proposes answers based on conversations your team has already handled across chat, email and social channels. You can send a suggestion as it is, edit it first, or simply ignore it.
