Kaomojiya is a large collection of Japanese-style text faces, known as kaomoji, grouped by feeling and situation such as thanks, laughter, crying, anger and good night. There are more than 3,000 of them, and tapping one copies it so you can paste it into a chat or post.
You can search by word or browse the category list, and a popular section shows the most-used faces. The site also has an AI option for creating new emoticons. It is free and the interface is in Japanese.
