hlrisk is a machine-payable API service built on the x402 standard. Instead of registering an account and getting an API key, your client requests an endpoint, receives a 402 Payment Required response with payment details, signs a USDC payment on the Base network, and resends the request. Each call is billed individually — from $0.003 for a relayed Ethereum block number up to $0.03 for the flagship liquidation risk index.
The headline product is the Liquidation Risk Index for Hyperliquid BTC/ETH perpetual futures. It is derived from real on-chain position data rather than statistical modelling, and reports notional at risk if price moves ±1%, ±3% or ±5%, the single position closest to liquidation, and the current funding rate. Other endpoints cover rare backstop-liquidation events, Ethereum gas price, block number relaying, direct USDC transfers and a subscriber-content unlock. Machine-readable specs are published at /openapi.json, /.well-known/x402 and /llms.txt, which makes it straightforward to wire into an autonomous trading or research agent.
For users in Pakistan: there is no credit card, PKR billing or local payment option — payment is strictly USDC on the Base chain. You will need a self-custody wallet funded with USDC on Base plus a small amount of ETH for gas, and an x402-aware client library to handle the signing flow. That is an advantage if you already hold stablecoins (no bank friction, no card declines), but a blocker if you only have local banking rails. Note also that crypto trading and holdings remain in a legally grey area in Pakistan, so treat this as a developer/data tool and check your own compliance position.
