From Reel Life to Anime: See Your Favorite Pakistani Drama Stars Transformed by AI!

We all love Pakistani dramas for their compelling stories and incredible acting. But have you ever looked at a scene and wondered, "What would this look like in a completely different universe?"

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way we create content faster than we can imagine. In my latest video, I decided to put this tech to the test. I took a hilarious, expressive moment from a popular HUM TV drama and used advanced AI tools to convert it into a vibrant, high-quality 2D anime style.

The goal was to see if the AI could keep the actor's likeness and the exact emotion of the scene while completely changing the art style. The results were absolutely mind-blowing!

Behind the Scenes: The Magic Prompts

A lot of you asked how this was done. The secret sauce isn't just the AI model; it's the "prompt"—the text description you feed the AI to tell it what to generate.

To get results that look exactly like the original actor, I used an "Image-to-Image" (img2img) workflow. This means I gave the AI the original screenshot as a reference point and then used a text prompt to guide the style change.

If you want to try experimenting with your own favorite scenes using tools like Midjourney or Stable Diffusion, here are the types of prompts I used to achieve this look.

The "Anime Transformation" Prompt Structure

The key is to be specific about the style, the character's features, their clothing, and most importantly, their expression.

Here is the prompt formula I used for the blue kurta scene:

Prompt: 

Convert this image into a clean 2D cartoon animation style with smooth outlines, flat vibrant colors, and simplified expressive facial features. Preserve original pose, white outfit, skullcap, and soft background with an animated, polish look.

Master Prompt:

You are a PROFESSIONAL AI VIDEO PROMPT DESIGNER. I will provide a complete SCRIPT + DIALOGUES of a film/scene. Your task is to fully understand the story, divide into exact 5-second scenes, and write a direct IMAGE → VIDEO prompt for each scene, assuming a cartoon image already exists for every scene. Do not change any words of the story or dialogue, do not add new lines, elements, or narration, base each prompt only on the image of that scene, and include only what is necessary for video generation.OUTPUT FORMAT:
For each scene, follow this format exactly:
Scene XX (mm:ss – mm:ss). Use the uploaded image as the exact reference and do not change characters, clothes, or background. Create a 5-second cartoon animated video. Only the speaking character speaks, written as (Short character description): “Exact dialogue from script”. Use natural body movement, clear lip-sync, expressive facial animation, smooth motion, and cinematic lighting. No narration or explanation. Each scene must be in a separate code block, with no commentary, and output ready-to-use prompts only.

Tips for success:

1. Describe the Expression: AI struggles with subtle emotions. Be very clear. Words like "shocked," "cross-eyed," or "jaw-dropped" help immensely.

2. Define the Clothing: Don't just say "clothes." Say "blue embroidered kurti" to help the AI maintain cultural context.

3. Specify the Style: Use terms like "2D anime," "clean line art," or "webtoon style" to stop the AI from generating photorealistic images.
