Documents to bring
- Visa application form - Filled in and signed (by legal guardian for minors)
- Photograph - 1 recent passport-size photo
- Passport + copy - Valid 3 months beyond the stay; copy of biographical page
- CNIC copy - Proof of residence in Pakistan
- Travel insurance - Minimum EUR 30,000, medical and repatriation
- Return flight reservation - Round trip to/from Pakistan
- Proof of lodging - Hotel booking for the whole stay, or sponsorship and accommodation proof
- Bank statements - Last 6 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- NTN certificate + FBR tax returns - Tax returns for the last two fiscal years
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC) - In English, issued by NADRA
- Employment proof - Last 3 payslips, employment contract, employer leave letter
- Business registration / NOC / pension - Self-employed: company registration; civil servants: NOC; retired: 6 months pension statements
