goose is an AI agent that lives on your computer rather than in someone else's cloud. It handles code, but it is also meant for research, writing, data analysis and everyday automation.
It comes as a desktop app for macOS, Linux and Windows, a full command-line tool and an API. It is written in Rust and connects to more than 70 extensions, such as databases, browsers, GitHub and Google Drive. The project now sits under the Agentic AI Foundation.
