Many people still search for "Ehsaas 8171". The cash programme that used that name is now run under the Benazir Income Support Programme.

Write your 13-digit CNIC number in a normal text message and send it to 8171. You will get a reply about your status.
Eligibility is not decided by an application form. It comes from the NSER survey.
