Turkey Tourist / Visit visa: document checklist
- Visa application formFilled online at konsolosluk.gov.tr, printed and signed. Must include CNIC number, parents' names and full addresses
- Two photographsRecent colour biometric photos, white background, 5x5 cm
- Visa interview form and cover letterThe interview form is given at the visa centre. The cover letter is signed by you
- Passport and copiesValid for 6+ months from arrival. Include copies of used visa and stamp pages from current and old passports
- Travel health insuranceAt least EUR 30,000 / USD 50,000 of cover, including repatriation
- Polio vaccination certificateFrom a government hospital or authorised lab. Must cover the travel period and be no more than 1 year old
- Flight reservationReservation only, not a purchased ticket
- Hotel reservation or invitation letterAn individual invitation letter must be notarised
- NADRA family or marriage registration certificateNeeded even if you apply alone
- Employment letter or business letterEmployees: letter with title, salary and length of service, plus the last 3 salary slips
- FBR / NTN / active taxpayer certificateRecently issued, for you and your company
- Bank maintenance certificate and statementsOriginal statements for the last 3 months, signed and stamped by the bank
- Sponsor affidavit (if sponsored)On stamp paper, with the sponsor's proof of income
- NOC / ex-Pakistan leave (government employees)From your department. Students need a bonafide letter; under-18s need notarised parental consent
