- Bank statementsLast 3 months, with balance confirmation letter; salary credits visible
- Employment proofContract, last 3 payslips, EPF contribution proof, approved leave
- Self-employed / student proofBusiness registration + company bank statements (3 months); or university leave letter
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC)In English by NADRA; applicant marked as 'SELF'
- Flight itineraryDo not buy tickets before the visa is granted
- Travel health insuranceMinimum EUR 30,000 incl. repatriation; credit card insurance not accepted
- Hotel bookingFor the entire stay, with hotel's full name and contact details
- Travel itineraryDay-by-day plan for the whole Schengen stay
