- Passport + copyValid at least 3 months beyond intended stay; copy of data page
- Travel insuranceCovering medical expenses, urgent care and repatriation
- Police clearance certificateIssued less than 90 days before applying; apostilled by MOFA Pakistan
- Employment contract / job promiseOr individual expression of interest from the employer
- Proof of means of subsistenceFrom the contract, or employer's term of responsibility with recognised signature
- Professional qualification proofOnly if the profession is regulated in Portugal
- Birth certificateApostilled; issued within the last 6 months
- Family Registration Certificate (FRC)Apostilled; issued within the last 6 months
- Marriage / divorce certificate (if applicable)Apostilled; issued within the last 6 months
