- Passport scanValid 3+ months beyond your planned departure

- Work experience evidenceFrom someone other than yourself (e.g. references, contracts, payslips); show hours worked
- Qualification copiesNZQA IQA may be needed for overseas qualifications
- Occupational registrationIf your job requires it
- English evidenceIf your job is skill level 3 to 5
- Police certificatesIf required; less than 6 months old
- Chest X-ray / medical certificateIf required
