- Passport scanValid 3+ months beyond your departure date from New Zealand
- Photo1 acceptable photo for online applications
- Bank or credit card statementsRecent; account in your name, showing bank and currency
- Accommodation proofPre-paid hotel vouchers or receipts, if any
- Travel plansProof you are a genuine visitor (itinerary, reason for visit)
- Return / onward ticketOr proof of money to buy one, in addition to living funds
- Sponsorship Form (INZ 1025)If a sponsor is supporting you, plus their sharing ID
- Family relationship proofMarriage and birth certificates, if including family
- Chest X-ray / medicalOnly if required (for example, staying more than 6 months)
- Police certificatesOnly if your total stay will be 24 months or more
- English translationsFor all documents not in English
